We welcome compliments, and it is very helpful to let staff know that the service they are giving is appreciated.

Should you at any time feel unhappy with the service we have provided to you please be assured that we will listen to your concerns.  Again, you can write to the practice manager or you can ask to speak to her. 

Complaints and comments are not recorded in medical records and will have no effect on the treatment you receive from us.
