The Five Valleys Medical Practice is located in the centre of Stroud, at number 1 King Street and has bus stops and a taxi rank outside. The train station is a short walk. Pedestrian access is from either the front door on King Street (image below).

For those arriving by car, access to the building is via the white portico door on the top level of the car park (image below).

You can park anywhere in the car park and please note that access to the car park is limited to vehicles under 2m high. Free parking is provided to all patients visiting the surgery and there is no need to buy a parking ticket as all patients have 90 minutes free parking. There are disabled parking spaces close to the building entrance. On arrival in the surgery waiting area, please enter your car registration details into the tablet which is on the reception desk on each floor. Please note that the car park is managed and owned by the Five Valleys Shopping centre and not by the surgery.
