Sadia Chant, Female, Practice Manager

Sadia joined the practice in January 2024. She works with the GP Partners and other members of the Five Valleys Medical Practice team to ensure they continue to provide the care and services our patients need.

Mandy Clift, Female, Patient Services Manager

Mandy joined the practice in 2011 and is responsible for managing the patient services staff working in reception and the administration team in providing high quality customer service to our patients and visitors.

Sara Davison RGN, Female, Nurse Manager

Sara Joined the practice in 2006 She is responsible for leading the nursing team and works within the management team to provide a safe and effective clinical environment for our patients and staff.

Diane Rankin, Female

Diane works closely alongside the practice manager and is very involved in the day to day running of the practice, including information technology and data accuracy.

Secretaries

The secretaries are responsible for processing all hospital referral letters and the administration of insurance company medical reports, DSS, county council reports, etc.

Receptionists

The patient services administrators working in reception are here to help you and are your first point of contact with the rest of the health care team. They have a busy role and we ask you to bear this in mind when you are waiting for assistance. Any information that you give to the patient service administrator staff will always be treated in the strictest confidence as they are bound by the same rules of confidentiality as the doctors and nurses.
